But that is the issue of 3-4 days of training, Facilitation is much bigger than that! In my previous training, I found that attending the course was worth the money spent, and the manual was worth just as much. I think your training is the same - attending the course was worth the investment and the manual is too - 30 plus years of hard earned experience packaged together in those pages!
