Our Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique class is the culmination of 39+ years of experience by Subject Matter Expert Gary Rush IAF CPF | Master.  Mr. Rush spent thousands of hours developing his robust 600+ page facilitation reference manual and refining his class, materials, content, and delivery by teaching it hundreds of times within the US and overseas.  We want to share this legacy with you saving you thousands of hours and thousands of dollars required for you to develop your own structured facilitation skills class.  You’ll benefit from Mr. Rush’s practical knowledge.

What is it?

The Train-the-Trainer program by Subject Matter Expert Trainer, Gary Rush, IAF CPF | Emeritus is an experience-based training that prepares you to deliver our Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique class.  You will learn “how” our class is structured and “why”, “how to” lead and deliver a successful class, concepts in adult education, and “how to” adapt the class to your method of teaching.  You also will practice by leading and delivering a class lesson, be recorded, and receive a personal assessment from Gary Rush, IAF CPF | Emeritus.

You also are eligible to receive up to 4 hours of coaching from Gary Rush, IAF CPF | Master during the first year after completion of the Train-the-Trainer program to help you grow your skills, improve your performance, and achieve your goals.

You will receive…

We will provide you with our Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique class materials, student reference materials, our robust Instructor Guide, along with Keynote and PowerPoint slide presentations to ensure that you are able to successfully teach our Holistic Structured Facilitation™ Technique class.  You also will develop skills that will improve your training development while improving both personally and professionally.

This is a non-exclusive perpetual license for a one-time fee…
