I am Founder and CEO of MGR Consulting, Inc. Over the past 40+ years, I have been a leading Group Facilitator and Facilitation Trainer. In 1985, I created FAST and in 2007, I created FoCuSeD™ a revolution from FAST – a unique approach to structured facilitation.
In 2019, I was one of the first to be awarded the IAF Certified™ Professional Facilitator | Master designation (CPF | M). In 2026, the IAF promoted me to IAF Certified Professional Facilitator | Emeritus (CPF | E). Emeritus means that I have met the Master requesites and my focus is to promote the profession and share what I’ve learned through writing, teaching my FoCuSeD™ classes, and my Train-the-Trainer program.
I am an IAF Endorsed™ Assessor and was the IAF Chair from 2008 to 2011.
