This class covers a set of process design skills for all types of workshops and meetings along with a Problem-Solving process.
Objectives
The FoCuSeD™ Core Process Skills class is designed so that, upon completion, students will be able to:
- Design a Holistic Process.
- Build an effective Annotated Agenda.
- Include different methods – e.g., Waterfall, Agile, etc.
- Structure facilitated workshops/meetings for a variety of business situations.
